As far as I am aware the issues with Harbinger's Echo should be fixed. You may want to check your Collection, the Sparrow may be unlocked there.

Thanks. I did find it in my collections a day later. Had to buy it back, even though I never had it to scrap in the first place. Cheeky. Nice to finally have it though ;)
