Hello,
Those are both emblem variants (of Playin the Odds and Secret Victories, respectively). If you inspect those emblems you should be able to equip the variants.

Thanks! I'm a dummy... tempted to delete this, but I'll leave this post up. As I scrolled through similar tags, I found others hitting the same issue. Seems like a weird UI choice to make variants the same level hierarchy as emblems themselves.
