Sturm catalyst not progressing in PvE
Have sturm+drang equipped, got the catalyst for sturm today and i can't progress it. I've tried:
killing with just sturm (both equipped)
killing with just drang (both equipped)
damaging with sturm then killing with drang (both equipped)
damaging with drang then killing with sturm (both equipped)
all the above on io and leviathan
no dice
