No, that one I reckon is one of the Russian hacked comments. So far it’s been found that about 2 million (minimum) comments were filled by Russians who had stolen information and impersonated American citizens. Somewhat doubt Obama would petition to have his own legislation overturned... What makes it worse is that it seems that the FCC knew the comments were by fake accounts using stolen info... and didn’t look into it or postpone anything at all, they just pushed ahead anyway...
