Charlemagne isn't active though. It's all Rasputin.

Yes, Rasputin was poking around his network, but that doesn't mean that Rasputin got into Charlemagne's vault. We're assuming that the Warmind trying to contact us on Io was Rasputin, but if so why not just contact the Tower or use somewhere on Earth to do so.

well I can say for sure savothun is on titan one of the places you can ivestegates tells you something big is under there plus her servers are there. And if you have read any of the 12 books of sarrow you would also know savathun is one of the hives worm gods she gave her self to the void or dark what ever you want to call it and was the one who gave Oryx the power to control the taken. no from the grimoire in destiny one and the all the flavor text and dialog when do know a part of Charlemagne has survived.
