Try using against competent players and you'll find it isn't so OP. NLB only seems OP because primaries are weak. It's fine where it is.

This! Come the next balance patch the shotty rushers will really be crying. I do well with my Dis 43 now but come the patch primaries will shine again.

People think its OP because the natural counter...you know--ACTUAL FREAKING SNIPERS...are NOT used in the current meta. A real sniper in the hands of a good player will almost always outsnipe a NLB at range. Its faster, no sway and doesnt have to be glitched to be reloaded. But everyone is surgically attached to their shotguns... Use a real sniper against a NLB user.

They can put 3 bursts in me from a high cal clever and I'll snipe them like nothing happened. I guess that's balanced though.

You don't have an account linked to your legend, which leads me to elieve you aren't telling the whole truth ere. I have a 2.25 kd in trials, and am in the top 1000 for Elo. I consider myself relatively well-versed with the crucible, and I am VERY familiar with no land beyond (around 3k kills with it in trials alone). While I would say it is a solid option for trials because of the ability to avoid primary gunfights, it is by no means overpowered. You claim to be able to consistently snipe people under fire, and it is FAIRLY consistent, but only if your aim is excellent and you practice a lot (and in that case, what is the issue? Good players play better. Period.)

Try playing me some time. I'm not the best, but I'm good enough to prove that NLB isn't OP.
