Thirty one companies have joined an amicus brief supporting the state of Washington in its lawsuit against the Trump administration. The suit is in opposition to an executive order that would temporarily halt the issuance of visas to citizens of seven majority-Muslim countries.
Nearly 100 companies signed the brief when it was filed over the weekend, with a number of major firms missing from the list. Among the companies joining the brief today were Adobe, Bungie, Evernote, HP, Inc., IAC, Slack, SpaceX, Tesla, and Zenefits.
1 ReplyIf I had to boycott everyone I didn't agree with, I would need to live in a cave and never go outside. I only boycott on a few premises, and this is not one of them.

1 ReplyEdited by K_R_A_Z_Y__95: 2/7/2017 5:34:41 AMNo, I don't boycott businesses for their political practices. If I enjoy their products I couldn't care less.
-
23 RepliesI don't boycott things I disagree with. I'm an adult.

Edited by Auttumnnnn: 2/9/2017 5:48:12 AMI boycotted Bungie years ago, and I still am. I feel disgusting for having responded to a political post.
-
You don't have to be a Trump supporter to boycott Bungie. They're business practices alone are enough to make me want to do that.
-
1 ReplyWay ahead of you. I boycotted them as soon as I found out how shitty destiny was
-
Does it really even matter? Bungie's already dead.
-
2 RepliesOr the other way around: Bungie should permanently ban Trump supporters. There's something worrying about supporting an insensitive, apathetic, sociopathic liar who fantasizes women (or his own daughter), gold and tall buildings.

-
1 ReplyYes because they love complaining. Just look at this forum.

4 RepliesVideo Games and Politics should not mix in my opinion.

1 ReplyI wasn't going to buy Destiny 2 anyway
-
2 RepliesEdited by Trexence: 2/8/2017 12:38:00 AMDon't act like there aren't already plenty of reasons to boycott Bungie. Edit: Regardless, do boycotts even work?
-
4 RepliesUmm no because most trump supporters have jobs and probably do not even know what bungie is. Now a liberal would have all day to protest.
-
2 RepliesI hope not, because that will leave you and about 12 other people.
-
-
1 ReplyLet's hope so, half the political posts will stop.
-
4 RepliesSo bungie can't find time to make quality content but can sign to protest their president
-
2 RepliesHonestly, Bungle hasn't produced quality content since ODST. I regrettably bought Destiny and that was a huge mistake. I decided not to buy the DLC's as a form of protest not because of their political views but to protest their treatment of Xbox players as second class citizens. That, and because the DLC pacts are really just extortion packs. But if this gives me another reason not to by their products then why not pretend to care?
-
It's like new bungo is purposely trying to be as humanly bad as possible.
-
I should've boycotted them after they made density
-
Does their political involvement change the game or website? If so, perhaps. If they leave the two separate, I see no reason why.
-
There political opinion isn't going to change if I want the game or not so no.
-
5 RepliesEdited by Tis-but-a-scratch: 2/8/2017 2:34:17 PMJust proof of why this game has been sucking so bad for so long and going in the wrong direction.
-
Nope. I'm not going to protest against someone's opinion.
