Freedom of speech is the constitutional protection from the federal government infringing on your right to express yourself. Bungie is not the federal government.

There is no freedom of speech on Bungie.net, you can get banned for the stupidest reasons (mainly for hurting people's feelings lol). Say stupid stuff and people will report you, then a ninja with no life will ban you because they get butthurt over your comment. But anyways good try!
