As far as the lag issue, I stopped playing PVP until this is fixed. 15 months of it is all I can stomach. There are too many PVP games out there for anyone to tolerate this in a game as advanced as Destiny is supposed to be. Sorry, my 14.4K modem was retired in the 90's!

I'm pretty sure Bungie bought that modem at a steal and are currently using it to direct all pvp traffic in destiny.

Most likely. The lag is consistent with that kind of latency.

One of the reasons I barely play this game anymore. It's really hard to even want to play crucible after playing BO3. The pvp isn't laggy at all on it.

I stopped all PVP activity during the last Iron Banner. There was this guy, GT was "Architects", who kept killing me if I reloaded a primary behind cover! If I reloaded in the open, no problem, except the blown off head. But if I took cover: Killed by Architects! He had perfect aim! I just stopped playing. I couldn't reload! I recognized him. He is the same guy that kills me during a jump if my head hits a leaf! I don't know who he is, but, he has never been killed and I can't pull his stats! It's bad enough to have to dodge lagging players, but, when the game itself has you pinned in its crosshairs, you are screwed! So I gave up PVP! Mr. Architect, you win. Now take your 280 ghost shell and leave me alone when I reload! Darned game system getting into PVP to score kills! How am I supposed to kill Architect? He is a leaf, a wall, a rock, a jump, a reload. How am I supposed to know which one to avoid doing? So I stopped playing.

Sad thing too when all we have to keep us going for now is PVP without any new content for the game.
