Have you completed the main story line? I do believe that you need to complete it in order to start the dark below quest.

Edited by gummy: 1/1/2016 5:14:58 PMI have not completed the main story line because I thought the Spark Of Light took care of that. Also with my other level 20 Titan I have not completed the story line and I have access to the Dark Below quests.

Look in the abandoned quest kiosk and see it the questline is there. The kiosk is down by the vanguard mentors in the tower.

I already have and there is no abandoned quests. The only abandoned quest that was ever there was a quest I abandoned myself. I have checked the abandoned quests, google, and with all the DLC related vendors and have found nothing.
