Taken King expansion (ps4) key code not valid/already claimed
Taken King expansion (ps4) key code not valid/already claimed
I purchased Destiny the taken king a few weeks ago from Tesco, brand new/sealed game
However, the key code for the expansion packs has seemingly already been used as it is not usable
Tesco will not replace or refund games and as such I can not access the expansions that I paid for
Can I please be given a new key code for the taken king expansion

Unfortunately Bungie cannot give out DLC codes. This will need to be done through the retailer from which you purchased the DLC

2 RepliesBungie cannot replace codes or hand out codes as they are the developer and do not handle the retail side. You need to take this up with Tesco or activision. It would probably be best to call Tescos customer service as they have actively sold you a game that is defective. Only they can replace or refund you.
