An Open Letter to Guardians

Hello fellow guardians, my name is Adam. I am a year one player who likes to have fun in destiny with my friends, whether it be using terribly underpowered weapons in crucible, or spending hours trying to complete a simple task in a ridiculously overcomplicated manner. Most of you guys who have gotten the taken king recently as your first copy of destiny, have discovered, or are discovering, the "joys" of destiny end game content, especially those of you without a lot of friends who play the game. These "joys" go by many names, but they are commonly known as LFG. LFG is a great resource for destiny players, but it's flaws are many. These flaws are solely based off the player base using the service. Now don't get me wrong, I love the destiny community, I can hop on, find a random team and run a raid with a bunch of good guys and gals, and have a great time doing it. However there are bad Apples in every bunch. All I ask of you new guardians, and really, any of you guys and gals who read this, all 1 of you. Please, live by the golden rule, treat others as you would like to be treated. Don't boot people from your fireteam because of their voice, their grimoire, or their KD. Keep in mind that these guardians are not just fellow protectors of the light, but behind that helmet, or mask, there is a human being, just like you, unless you are an alien (you should probably get that checked out). Thank you to that one person who read all the way through this, this was just my PSA in an attempt to better the destiny community. I hope all of you have safe passages, good raid drops, and exotics galore. -Adam
