What glitch? Its in the code, part of the game. It was intended to be there. A result of beta testing the game for a year, and the youtube fanboys who tested TTK before launch.

You are not intended to go through the walls, they did not actively program in a way to pass through the walls with the intention of dropping below the game world or map. That makes this a glitch.
