Not forged in light need help
Ok so I have scowered the Internet in regards to this quest and having only got the cult ghost today I cannot seem to get this quest to appear from the FWC vendor. I am level 5 and burnt at least 65 notes on EXP as suggested on multiple website however nothing happens any ideas or help ?

If you turned in the ghost today you won't have access to the FWC quest until It's the daily again. FYI once you start the quest that's when you level up FWC, not before.
