...It's literally the exact same gun as FWC pulse, The Villany. Both got 3rd eye too, same dmg, same stability and everything. If you missed out on the IB pulse just buy the villany.
I guess the villany just flew under the radar cus people were so stuck on the red death, bad juju and hawksaw but tbh i feel like this nerwins mercy has been in ttk since launch as the villany.
Kinda disappointing tbh.. but it is pretty funny when people call the IB pulse the new God of pvp.. lmao i just assume they never used the villany before i guess.
edit: btw the villany has better base range and comes with range finder making it compete wih scouts and snipers at any range without dmg drop off.
The mercy evens it out by having a bit more stability & a clearer sight.
Other than that they the same gun pretty much.

It's actually pretty good tho, it's a step down from the killing power of a messenger :)

because -blam!- FWC. this battle is black and white. Join Dead Orbit or be left behind.

10 RepliesEdited by DeusDominus: 10/20/2015 12:24:52 AMI got it through RNG after a match I immediately equipped it and used it the next match.....I'm pregnant with its baby now... I'm a bit worried as I don't have any orifice that would be large enough to push out what ever i give birth to eventually.

1 ReplyHawksaw with hammer forged and rifled barrel . Suckk on this .
-
10 RepliesLol@ all the people who take the stability bar at face value rather than how stable a gun actually feels in the field. Go shoot the villainy, hawksaw and nirwen's against the wall and you'll see: Both hawksaw and nirwens have awful sideways recoil while the villainy recoils straight up in just as tight of a spread.
-
Ib pulse is shit i deleted mine
-
I have both and like Nirwen's Mercy more solely because I'm not a fan of those rails on The Villainy. They kind of get in the way.
-
9 RepliesBecause FWC gear is disgusting and makes you feel bad?
-
Villainy has worse stability, worse sights, and worse perks. Maybe if you got one dropped with better perks but the vendor version doesn't compete with Nirwens Mercy
-
Put simply, because it WRECKS!!!
-
I like my villainy on my Hunter better.
-
Yeah, it was definitely over-hyped. I prefer my grasp of Malok or hawksaw.
-
1 ReplyMainly because if people want it they have to abandon dead orbit
-
Love my villainy
-
4 RepliesMy Herja-D on my Titan out-classes most pulse rifles I encounter. Got from the gunsmith for ranking up.
-
1 ReplyBecause the bullet spread is extremely tight and basically no recoil.
-
2 Replies1 more burst and slightly higher stability. Don't need range finder in crucible as they barely experience fall off damage
-
I love the nirwens from IB. It handles like a pulse should imo. I'll have to try the FWC one to compare it. In PVP, nirwens is pretty damn good, esp on the smaller maps.
-
Coz its good
-
Good gun. Gave it to my secondary character and went straight back to the Suros pdx 41 on my titan. Pdx 41 is insanely good. Slightly less stability but monster range, and I prefer the handling.
-
It's because everyone is dead orbit for the shaders
-
The stat bars are the same, but they recoil and handle completely different.
-
3 RepliesEdited by mflynn0351: 10/23/2015 6:25:39 PMCuz I'm not into FWC is why. And you can't compare two weapons on base stats alone. You need to actually SHOOT both guns and decide which is better for you.
-
The villainy isnt going recoling to the right.. how can u not like that ;-₩
-
To justify the 8 hours they spent sweating for it
-
1 ReplyI preffer Grasp of Malok. The fire rate combined with a stability perk is a monster!
