I'm hoping the quest chain that Petra sends you out on, which had no cut scenes and really seems to point somewhere else interesting, are an indication that the Queen and her brother are still alive somehow. She was the ONLY character of note in Vanilla and other than Eris the only character in year 1 with anything remotely interesting to say. I do love the Fallen Ketches in Queen's colors, I wish there'd been a few other ships of obvious Reef manufacture. You can see a couple ships out in space from the Reef. My loyalties remain with the Queen.
