All year one gear, whether weapon or armor, legendary or exotic, still has a place in the Crucible regardless of what happens thanks to there being no level advantages specifically in the Crucible (read: not Iron Banner or Trials of Osiris). While people will scurry to find the replacements in year two, I will be there in the Crucible with year one gear. (Oh, and long live the Queen.)
