So I preordered TTK on the Xbox One, just the $40 version. I would like to upgrade it to the $60 version. Is there a way to pay the extra $20, or do I have to call support and cancel my preorder, and then preorder the $60 version? Thanks! PS: any confirmation that they will NOT be doing the digital upgrade from last gen to current gen systems (buy on X360/PS3, get for free on X1/PS4)?
