Snipers are too OP in Crucible
Well, there is one thing 2.0 still did not help with...
Snipers are the bane of all crucible competitors. People taking shots out of radar and not giving any chance of anything, killing with one precision shot. I feel that crucible is a place for guardians to get their hands dirty and fight like real guardians. With the OP snipers, people stand like cowards shooting guardians without any warning. While I know this is a goal of a sniper, I believe that snipers should be less proficient by limiting the damage done. Bungie, please nerf the sniper in PvP.
P.S.- Before this happens, I know you guys will rag me on about how the sniper is good, or doing its job, but the crucible is a place for shotguns, not cowardly snipers.
Edit: I am just stating on opinion. Unfortunately, if it came out as a has to happen statement to you, I did not mean that. So to all the haters and super one sided people, can't you respect an opinion?!?!?

True, that crucible is a place to get your hands dirty but I believe this is the balanced crucible I've ever seen. I never get killed with the same gun twice and that's good.

The Crucible is for all weapons, not just shotguns. You just need to git gud with all weapons. This game doesn't need any more nerfs.

you ever try to snipe? It's not easy. And you can easily avoid snipers. just gotta stay out of line of sight. Whatever is op, players will find it and then soon over use it. The. it will get nerfed and something else will become op. it's a never ending cycle. Snipers are not op dude. If you think so, just snipe yourself.

4 RepliesSniping does take skill. I've always disliked sniping in fps. Cuz there's nothing dumber than dying to some idiot 45 miles away. It's just dumb. That plus I was never good at it. I'm not a twitch player at all. I am not fast and accurate, it's one or the other. But taking away 1 shot heads is a mistake. Cuz there's no reason to snipe if it's not. I give props to good snipers, but keep in mind if I kill you, it's out of the deepest darkest hatred and you'll probably get tbagged

I would like the sniping to be a bit more of a COD snipe game over the quick scope moves I see so often in the crucible. Maybe that's just me. I bitched about shotties until I finally started using them (I mean after house of wolves it was hard not to). I worry more about autorifles, but I'm done asking for balance.

I'm not a good sniper, but I know that if you don't hit the head you're going to have issues. Snipers aren't OP since it takes skill to headshot a moving target at ranges that are kind of stupid, whether short or long.
