Your being routed to a server were others are downloading from i paused and restarted install got 3 percent in the last 10 minutes your just on a download server thats being over used so it running slower

It certainly got things moving. It was almost entirely stopped. I keep pausing restarting until it went faster.

I've been on 4% since 2pm now it's 7:38, I guess I'll try it thanks for that tip hopefully it works
