Movie wise? Damn. Anakin vs Obi Wan on Mustafar in Episode 3 is up there for me. The beginning of Casino Royale when Bond is in Africa and goes on a parkour chase, climbs through a construction yard, then eventually ends up in an African militia embassy, only to take everyone out in just a couple shots thanks to some explosives. End of FOTR when Aragorn, the hobbits, Legolas and Boromir are fighting off orcs. Seeing Boromir make his heroic last stand, redeeming himself for his desire to take the ring from Frodo, then Aragorn beheading that bastard Uruk-Ai chief was awesome.
