So I keep seeing a lot of people on the forums saying that Headseeker, Reactive Reload, or Glass Half Full are the go-to perks. This is not true ! Using DMG modifier perks on a PR like Hopscotch are a wasted perk. The give a little wiggle room for kills, but nothing very noticeable. Never able to one shot even with Reactive Reload. Headseeker becomes damn near pointless because of the stability on the gun. Even if you're not using any Stability modifier perks. Now Glass Half Full is even more pointless than both of those. Even a smaller amount of wiggle room offered with that perk. Your best bet is to go for something along the lines of what I have on my Warlock. You could trade out scopes or run Outlaw instead of Feeding Frenzy. Either will work great. The main thing you want is a great Stability modifier, could go with Smallbore as well, and Hidden Hand. The aim assist Hidden Hand offers is unreal on this gun. It magnetizes the bullets to the enemy so well. Now I know everyone has their personal preferences, and I'll say that right out of the box with no perks unlocked at all, this gun is nuts. On a side note, DMG modifier perks like I noted above, mainly work best with high RoF/low impact PR's to help compensate for the low impact. By all means, use those perks on those PR archetypes. Just my advice ! Do as you please, but I think you'll see a lot better performance in the gun when you roll perks similar to mine. And this is coming from someone using Messenger a shit ton and thinking Headseeker was a great perk for that pulse rifle archetype myself. But Hidden Hand pulled me away from that REALLY quick. Edit: I forgot to mention that those DMG modifier perks do work substantially well in PVE. So the perks aren't completely pointless overall. Just depends on what you're using it for. But I would take a elemental primary over that for PVE, regardless of the perks. But if you have nothing else, it'll still work great. :)
