Can't upgrade weapons or armor
Title literally says it all. I am getting exp and on screen it shows that my gear is leveling up but I can't upgrade it. The gear in the menu does not reflect the exp gains I have been receiving.

9 RepliesUpdate: Are you listening Bungie? I have discovered the cause. This glitch only occurs while wearing the Deathsingers Herald. I equipped some different boots and the glitch went away. It still comes back with the Crota's End raid boots.
