Iron Banner After House of Wolves
I have a weapon from the last Iron Banner which came with an undesirable perk set. (and of course I was out of motes) In the next Iron Banner, after the release of House of Wolves, will the weapon still have reforge options? Will the perks available be the older perks or new perks? (I know that the weapon will still be at the 331 damage cap, but have no idea about the perk set.)

You can reforge any iron banner weapon during any iron banner as long as you have the motes

It would be safe to assume the same will happen Of course though if you are hard core about IB then you will need at least 2-3 armor pieces with ascension to get you to Lv33 and 1-2 weapons as well to dish out good damage to the devote no-lifes that reach Lv34 when it comes out assuming that IB happens the same week that HoW drops
