Fixing Exotics: NLB

No Land Beyond: The Joke Gun of Destiny No Land Beyond has potential to be a very interesting weapon, it has wonderful design, lore and inspiration, but the implementation was rather lackluster. To improve the gun I've thought up a few ideas in my spare time. The Master: "Increased Precision Damage." No Land Beyond is modeled after WWII anti-tank rifles. In its current state No Land Beyond is the last weapon I'd bring to a fight against a tank. I propose to change the critical modifier from the standard x5/x2.5 to x20. This would allow it to truly be anti-tank, to make up for lack of a more universal primary weapon. The gun is an anti-tank rifle, and as such the bullets should have over-penetration, either through The Master or as a Default ability, this gun has an abysmal fire rate and can only engage a maximum of 1 enemy per shot, over-penetration could help this, and also how can ionized polymers over penetrate but anti-tank high caliber rounds can't? Another thing that bothers me about the gun is the magazine. I think that Bungie should reduce the magazine size to 1 bullet and combine the reload and rechamber animation. This would look more fluid for the animation and also would allow abilities like Chain of Woe to improve the weapon, increasing the rechamber speed. For use in the crucible, remove the Lens Flare, the gun does not have a scope lens, so there's no real reason the flare exists. Finally, fix the ammo capacity, sometimes the weapon can carry 18 shots, sometimes 12, it's not consistent. In addition as a primary it should straight up have a higher base capacity, maybe somewhere around 40 bullets so that it's usable in a PvE environment.
