So just an extension on this. A couple of ideas for unique faction perks. Now these would be combinations and tweaks of existing perks but maybe only half as effective or maybe even a less than that. Just a note I did try to think of perks that might relate a little to the faction, i.e. Dead Orbit wanting to go out to other worlds, meaning being there without a support structure in place.
New Monarchy
King's Judgement: Precision kills grant bonus damage and reload speed for a short duration.
Future War Cult
War Standing: 2 kills in rapid succession grant bonus ammo to reserve and larger magazine on reload.
Dead Orbit
Planet Fall: When magazine is empty increases reload speed and a kill with the final round in the magazine grants bonus damage.
Possible new faction
Percision kills explode and decrease grenade cooldown.
