Secrets of Glowhoo Shader!
1. It looks awful.
2. Doesn't prove anything. Crota isn't hard.
3. Doesn't help with drops.
4. Someone can get it from standing in the boomer glitch spot as level 30.
5. Don't try and tell me how to kill Atheon because you have Glowhoo on and I have Substance 321. That's like saying I need to have my garbage necrochasm on to make me good - like what?

[i]I was a big fan of proving I had the feats of strength like having Glowhoo on all characters at all times. Then I started seeing level 30s with it and Rare rocket launchers and was like- okay, this clearly isn't a thing anymore. Glowhoo doesn't prove anything, you must prove yourself! [/i]
EDIT: #6. You'll get spam invited in the Tower.
EDIT 2: To clarify, when in #4 I talk about boomer glitch spot, I'm referring to behind them on the tower they spawn from. Not the middle ledge. The middle ledge is a confirmed strategy.

Dude, I'm sorry to bash you, but you're being an idiot. Think about this for a second. If I beat Crota with my lvl 32 Warlock for the first time, I'll get Glowhoo. But what if I like wearing the Gold Spiral shader more, and I stick Glowhoo in the Vault. Then I switch over to my LVL 20 TITAN, and give him the shader because AT F-UCKING LVL 20 YOU CAN WEAR ANY GO-D-DAMM SHADER IN THE GAME!!!! Stop bitching any thinking that shaders on characters mean anything at all! Just play the f-ucking game and shut up.

1 ReplyI thought I needed it to get the crux of crota so after I got it on my Titan I retired it on all my characters. Then of course my hunter gets the crux while wearing sunsetting(my current favorite shader).

Haha yeah this is what I thought. Most people only use glo who because they felt special for having it. It's ugly af, I wore it for a few days then it went in the vault. I was wondering how long till I saw a thread like this.
