xbox issues anyone?
Unable to log in to destiny. States "must be connected to live in order to play destiny" even though I am connected, I've hard reset the console a couple times but still no luck.
Just recently upgraded to the one from 360 so not to familiar with any work arounds...

1 commentairehad the same issue just got an update.. and about to log in... this happens ever so often for me at least..... just try now.. but unplug the system for like a minute and go back in... and you should catch the update...

Please follow these steps: Go to Settings then Disc & Blu-ray. Go into Persistent Storage and select Clear. Then go back to settings again, Select Network > Advance Settings > Alternate Mac Address > select Clear. Then restart the console. Boyfriend was having the same problem so I made him do it and he is now back on Destiny. ;) Hopefully it works to others too.

It's telling I don't have "Xbox live services on this account" and kicked me while almost beating Crota on hard

Switch back to 360. Just worked for me. Couldn't get on with the one.

I had the same issue. I closed out Destiny and started it up again. There was an update to download for the game and everything is working fine for me now. My buddy can't get it to work tho.

I had a ton of problems getting connected on my X1 tonight. When I finally did I had to install an update now all seems well. But two of my buddies can't connect. Just keeps saying they must be connected to Xbox live which they are. Hard reboot of Xbox and cycling the router did not work for them
