Actually Monte Carlo is arguably better in PVP. A hunter with a two rechargeable knives? Yes please. A warlock with a rechargeable soul rip or scorch shield? Hell yeah. Maybe even two with the claws. A titan with rechargeable one hit ko melee or a barrier shield? -blam!- yeah. And the stability is astounding.
