What has been your luckiest loot drop? Please tell me.
I'll start first. So yesterday after a long day at work I finally get home. I'm disappointed that my clan has already run the raid twice. But being the dedicated clan I have, they ran it 3 more times with me. We did everything legit in about 1.5 hours we were done with 3 Crota raids. My first loot drop was something I've always wanted, but never had, The Icebreaker. I got an Icebreaker from the death singer checkpoint and in the same raid after we killed Crota he gives me another Icebreaker! WOW it get's much better. Then on my third character Crota gives me a Gjallarhorn, yep I received two of the best exotics within 20 minutes. Keep in mind I got two Icebreakers in the same raid within 5 minutes of each other. Post your luckiest and rarest loot drop and how you felt when they dropped!

I remember the first time I ever played VOG hard mode. I was 28 and had never played hard mode before. Friend of mine asked me if I could join at Atheon because one person had left. I joined, we killed Atheon and I was the only one who got raid helmet and Vex. Praised RNGesus afterwards.

Patience and Time from Roc Strike playlist. Saw two other players get it that week, so I put in 16 hours over a four day span and got it too

Heart of the Praxic Fire from nightfall. Not insanely lucky, but I have been waiting for months to get that armor. I screamed like a little girl.

I've gotten 5 exotic drops from everything (chests, crota, atheon, nightfall) the past 2 weeks and every one of them has been monte carlo. Some would call this unlucky, but out of all the possible exotics that could've dropped, the same one 5 times?

I did the VoG on hard about a 3 weeks ago and got the Gjallarhorn from the chest( which I have wanted forever) then I got the red death from Atheon. The Xûr has the upgrade for both that Friday.

Likely last night. My very first VOG Hard mode clear Atheon gifted me Timebreaker and the Vex Mythoclast. Not to many people get it on their first run, I kinda felt sick for the other guys who've been waiting for it to drop. Oh well RNG, whatcha gonna do.

I didnt' have the strange coins to buy Ice Breaker the week Xur sold it. But I had a legendary engram drop from a Cabal Phalanx while doing Patrol on Mars. It decrypted into my first Ice Breaker.
