Everyone isn't going to know about destinylfg or bungie, so please do not think so. Out of the 12+ million players, only a few million even know about some websites. Give us an lfg system so we can go to the tower and see every post and try to group up that way. You shouldn't have to leave the game to understand the story, and you shouldn't have to leave the game to find a fireteam. NOBODY ever accepts random raid invites from people in the tower/patrol. I can understand why matchmaking is a problem, but give people an lfg system IN YOUR GAME. The only reason why I even have raid clears in vog/ce is because I was lucky enough to get a few website names from a co-worker back in September. You have to realize that everyone isn't you.

4 commentairesI did a raid with a few ppl a few nights ago. Dude was a lvl 30 and never did the VOG...and was TERRIBLE. It's harder to find a good team now to do a raid because EVERYONE is at least a 30.

Stuff like this is exactly why I am so happy there is no in game chat - this game is so fun and so easy that the last thing I need is some idiot ruining it by bragging about how much better they are than everyone else because they have such and such a weapon which they only because they have played this fun and easy game a few hours more than the rest of us. If I want to hear that kind of nonsense I go to work rather than relaxing with a game.

New people are going to show up and there's no reason for them to do vault of glass. Everything from there is obsolete in my mind and most likely many others. Even if the weapons are still useful, its difficult not to feel like they're now worthless. And armor is definitely worthless, so what do you expect?

But, I'm kind of with you on this one. 30 used to mean "experienced" (usually). Now, even 31 means little. Played some Roc strikes with a 30 yesterday. Easily one of the worst players I've run a strike with.

1 commentaireI think everyone should learn the VOG especially now since even the scrubs can be 31 and do the normal VOG with ease. Raids are awesome. And if you're not raiding then honestly you're only depriving yourself of the best part about this game.

4 commentairesWhy don't you write a nice letter to Bungie asking them why with new dlc they made Vault of Glass obsolete before you grace us with your post. There is nothing to prove by playing VoG. It isn't an achievement. It does not make you stronger, more "elite" or more worthy of higher light level. It WAS just a step towards (now outdated) highest quality gear. If I could get my hours back from it, I would. I didn't want to play it countless times just to get the last piece of the level 30 puzzle: the VoG helmet. How stupid was I? Now I can get a higher light level helmet from vendor without praying for a lucky drop.

2 commentairesMy Hunter was level 29 forever and never touched VoG. Then CE hit and now he's sitting at 31 without facing Crota. My Warlock and Titan are 29 with new Vanguard gear and Exotics. I've been waiting for my friends to all get PS4's because I want the Raid to be fresh and exciting without dealing with randoms. I understand the frustration of playing with "leveled" Guardians who ride the struggle-bus, but it's not explicitly tied to their level or whether they're wearing Vanguard gear or Raid gear. With all the exploits the community finds for the Raids, it's hardly surprising that the ability or experience of Raiders is so varied. Pre-Crota's End, tons of level 30 Guardians cheesed Aetheon and tons of people complained that those VoG players were "kids" and their victory wasn't "earned." Weird seeing people wipe those complaints from their mind and promote anyone who has hit VoG as superior to those who haven't...

2 commentairesThey should have made it an upgrade system where you HAVE to vault in order to move higher. Then you turn in your gear with some shard or something and get newer gear.

Some players don't even get into raids. Killing A.I. over and over is pretty boring. They have to have light armor for pvp players as well.'

That's what happens when you play a game that correlates level with gear and not xp. It's a strange system, and I think Bungie will be trying to dig themselves out of a hole sooner or later! Ps. You don't need to do the raid to level, we all paid the same price for the game, let them be.

1 commentaireNot everyone has the type of time a lot of the regular posters here have to raid. I know several people who bought the game when I did yet I never play with them because all though they love the game rl life gets in the way. People have jobs, fill, and responsibilities. Not everyone can play the game 6+ hours a day or spend an hour lfg and another 2 or more to finish a raid. I have rl life friends that play the game a couple hours on the weekend and that's it. Why not help these people out? That's what I do.
