Yeah they're noobs now but we were all noobs to the game once too just help I'm out a bit I don't mean try and give um an easy way out or drag um around with you and get mad cus they can't contribute I mean give tips and what not help um figure out what should be done the right way so when they do get up in level they aren't screwed in the long run. Or maybe that's just how I see it.
