Sorry, but its true. This has nothing to do with the Raid, and this is coming from a guy who started 100 hours of this game as a Hunter which is at level 30.
The Titans and Warlocks have just as good PvP supers, and have supers that affect PvE in a great way. The Hunters supers are so laughable in PvE; it hurts.
Titans have a team-play bubble that boosts the stats of allies and yourself.
Warlocks can self rez to prevent a wipe and remove some stress on team-mates to come and revive you.
Over-all, Hunters are for the cloaks. Face it. That's the only reason you made one.
-edit- I'm just being practical. The Titans and Warlocks have so many advantages that the Hunter advantages can't outweigh.

I only agree with the supers sticking against bosses. Other than that the gunslinger -blam!-s.

3 commentairesI don't get these posts!!! PVE...use the Golden Gun for crowd control (don't use it for the boss) blow all the enemies up..or destroying oracles. Use BladeDancer for quick invisibility. Have a downed teammate across the map with a ton of adds? Pop the invisibility super anytime or just pop a squat and run to get them. Love the triple jump also. Not a big fan on flying across the screen. Also chain of woe for the handcannons! PVP...we all know what they are capable of! I can understand if the class gets boring and you don't want to use it (happens with all of them). But being a high level hunter! You should know how to make them incredibly awesome! Hunters are great! Shame on you level 30 Hunter:) lol Also...hunter looks great without the hood!

2 commentairesEh I'll take my tripmine grenade any day over any other. Golden gun is nice against the snipers on Mars in the raid, causing me to poop out orbs, and on the minotaur once his shield is down. Invis res has saved our butts a few times (which I switch to on the fly lol). I like the mobility of the hunter more, especially in PvP. You can argue that their useless, but I will just shrug and say ok.

2 commentairesJus never call a guardian class useless.
-
4 commentairesSo basically warlock = easy difficulty Titan = normal difficulty Hunter = hard difficulty.

1 commentaireHunters will be useful for the Crota's end raid...Solar damage = Wizards Arc = Knights
-
really? so stealth revive a team mate is useless? blade dancer owning a full team in crucible is useless? trimpmine grenade is useless too? No offence but there are not better characters just bad players.
-
Just wait until the third subclasses are released, the hunters trapper will assist all players by creating easy targets that fight back very little... It may not give team buffs but is supposedly more like an instant nerf on enemy's in both PVE and PVP.

Dumb OP is dumb

Hunter is just not used to its full potential in pve, especially bladedancer, by the vast majority of people who play it. I rarely ever see someone using the ranged arc wave attack. It can literally clear out a dozen enemies in seconds and generate 6-8 orbs. Thats alot of orbs. Can get in and out of situations in a split second, if escape isnt an option a quick melee and im gone from sight, free to let my shields recharge and take a better vantage point. Hunters rule imo rule survivability and dmg in pve.

3 commentairesIt seems to me most people posting on this disagree with your point of view. I'm sure no one is here to say your wrong or right but it's not fair to call something useless just because you can't use it for your team. They aren't meant to be a support characters. Each character is unique and brings a lot to the table. I personally love my titan, hunter, and warlock equally. Everyone has a favorite, because everyone uses their characters a bit differently.

*****NOTICE***** Please do not feed the trolls. This has been a public service announcement.

Speak for yourself brah, maybe your just useless as a hunter?
-
I wouldn't say hunter is "useless" but you are correct when stating warlocks and titans outweigh them in their abilities. Hunters rather take more skill to use, such as throwing knife, aiming a gun for gunslinger, precision kills for stacks...etc. Bladedancer you have to use it properly or you will get yourself killed....vs titans super smash whenever they are in danger same for warlocks big bang.
-
I find hunters to be great at cleaning up mobs especially blade dancers. Also it is an effective way to take a boss out wgen they are near death. Also they revive like crazy if you use them correctly.
-
Actually, a hunter can go invisible to revive his team. Can a Titan or warlock do that? Nope. Besides, gunslinger helps a ton in VoG
-
1 commentaireIdk.. Maybe you're just shit at playing a hunter ?

Don't be jelly of my sexy Hunter. You know you wish you were as good as me.

In warning you, Meg.

Modifié par Salutations : 11/23/2014 3:15:25 PMHunters are beasts in PvP though. My level 14 hunter kicks butt - and I only use my knife. If anyone says agility is worthless they're wrong.
-
I love my Hunter and i must say I tried Warlock and I didnt even like it :/ and I don't like the way the Titans armor looks cause it looks like a robot >.>
-
Modifié par ARMYofTWOzdw : 11/23/2014 3:05:24 PMHunters have a long range super. Titans dont. This is a huge advantage in pvp And pve for that matter
-
2 commentairesThis hunter made it to rank 1 in pvp and pve and is level 31. http://destinydb.com/news/posts/83-level-31-bladedancer-drcrispy93-who-is-this not sure if real

I have all three classes, and the hunter definitely seems the best. The raid is always easier with hunters around, oracles stand no chance and neither do supplicants, both of which are 2 of the 3 threats against atheon
