Bungue has announced a lot of new content coming up. The first DLC will be here in a little over 1 month and with it, comes a bunch of new content. 3 new story missions A new strike A new raid Eris will be arriving in the tower then with her own reputation and armor. Bungie has also announced a new way to play the game called quests. Similar to the exotic bounties, Eris will be giving out quests which are multi-tiered missions ending in special items being rewarded. The new raid will be level 28 normal and level 32 hard. The story behind everything coming in this DLC is hive related and as such, it is expected solar and arc damage will be needed. Bungie has stated that they are reworking the exotic weapons and armor system. Not much has been announced about what that means yet.
