So here is yet another area found by people glitching, supposedly this area was there during the beta as well... Frankly, the amount of polish this area has is absurd. This isn't a place holder for a more polished space to be added later, this is on disc content that's being blocked. DLC now officially stands for Developer Locked Content.
If you have yet to buy the season pass I highly suggest you do NOT purchase the DLC. Furthermore, if and when another Destiny title is released I ask that you purchase it used and above all do NOT pre-order if you really want a new copy.
The reason I suggest this is because as consumers we should vote with our money. If we allow this to go without recourse they will continue this practice. If they want to charge $100 for the game then they should do it from the start. If they actually develop add on content then I could understand additional costs. Locking areas from people and then charging them for it isn't the right way to adjust prices for inflation.
What do you guys think?
Also, I could care less if I'm allowed to post this video here. Ban me, block me, do whatever the -blam!- you want. I've been here long enough to know the proper counter measures for such actions.

Not buying dlc, not buying anything Destiny or Bungie related, ever. I tell my customers the exact same and thanks to not only our store but our region as well. Our GameStops have over a thousand used copies (regional wise) that we talk people OUT of buying. Those who buy the used usually to "try out" return said copies typically by the 2nd day. I'm proud to do my part in spreading the word that shit should NEVER be practiced. Make a stand. Spread the world. Sadly for me I already spent my money on the retail copy and played Diablo to death. So until Nov 18 I shall be getting my money's worth (which if you look at my hours played I more then have). A shame. Note worthy mention is that the soundtrack and art direction is amazing. Hats off to those people, sorry Corporate Commander had to mess up your companies future. On a lone enough time line it was bound to happen.

2 commentairesI only watched the very beginning because I didn't want to spoil the whole experience of exploring on my own the very first time. The teleporter was already awesome enough. I remember going through old Russia slightly bored with everything because I already saw all there was to explore for the most part in the beta. Anyways, when Bungie says the area is unpolished, they don't mean just the terrain. You actually need to populate the area with enemies, missions, tasks, (hopefully storyline), and other additional new and interesting content pieces/features like that teleporter. I have high hopes that the DLC will provide a larger amount of high quality content. Technically those locked areas are still empty shells, even if they are already a sick looking shell; they need content. There is a whole lot to see there, but quite not a whole lot to actually do.

The game is well worth the price tag it already has, that glitch isn't polished yet nor does it have a story, enemy's or over all event to go with it, when the DLC comes out it will be well worth the price You'll get more out of the 30$ extra than buying GTA V again like so many of you tools are claiming to go do but complain about cash grabs lololol
-
Graphically stunning... Kudos Bungie
-
Very disappointed, what else has been locked on the disc?
-
Bought dlc and frankly i feel like it was over priced for 2 things already locked on the disk i feel Activision did this and i feel that this was wrong because knowing Bungie this was probably all in the original game and then Activision thought it was to much content and frankly it probably wasn't and probably would've been worth the $60 you pay for the game this locked content totally screams ACTIVISION all over it hope they don't do this in the second game because if they do alot more people are going to quit on the series but thats all i have to say so bye

3 commentairesI never buy dlc till they fully come out but the game is design by two good company's so I thought I get the dlc for 5 dollars cheaper and yet the facts are clearly there that we got scammed to buy extra for game that little content but sold on a promise for more content to come this shit should be free black ops 2 with all that extra stuff was so worth it So far no company can ever do it right since then Anyone else agree?

5 commentairesIt's missing enemies, under development.

1 commentaireStill just an empty map.

I have currently played ~120 hours of Destiny and liked pretty much every moment of it. I don't particularly care about what's on the disk, compared to what I've paid for it, this is very cheap entertainment.
-
Who cares? In its current state it's a $60 game. With the extra time these areas could and should be made better. And possibly add more variety. Just because they had these areas produced before launch doesn't mean they are actually ready or that you're entitled to them. And before you say it, no I'm not a bungie fan boy. I'm just a dude that plays video games and enjoys them.
-
So frustrating. It feels so out of order. Like having to buy an extra key for your car to unlock the boot and glove box.
-
I pre ordered and got it already but this is ridiculous.....

If you need fresh panties check aile four in the infant section

35 commentairesI say we start a petition. I had to pay double what most of you kids had to pay in order to play with my husband because these bastards preached "we got rid of split screen so you could go anywhere" meanwhile there are coliders everywhere, soft/hard kill boxes, amd loading screens. This game is much like boarderlands, but boarderlands has more story, refined loot system, and has split screen. I paid 120 just for this incomplete and broken game. And I'm not talking out of my ass, I'm only majoring in Game Art and Design, and I can tell you all this won't stop in the gaming industry unless we hurt these folks where it hurts> Petitions, National News, Lawsuits = their reputation on a global scale and most importantly their revenue. As the consumer, we should know what we are buying. We bought a lemon, and they are quickly covering up their tracks... and will probably try to scare us with legal speak.
-
Blame Activision for it. Bungie wouldn't do this but Activision is most likely forcing their hand.
-
1 commentairethe only thing i am curoius about is if we are able to PLAY those areas if we havent bought the 9MB "DLC" code..

7 commentairesWhy is it always the crybabies that break the game and then feel entitled to rewards?
-
