Look how much more vision you have. It's incredible. The standard resolution is 2560x1080, but you can increas to 3???x1440 for a little more cash.
The best thing is, you can also multitask like multiple monitor setups:

And finally, multitasking.
If you like multitasking, go for it. If not, and you're like me, go with these UWS monitors. They're great, and are really something that needs to be experienced in person.

6 commentaires1 Extremely high quality monitor>3 high quality ones 1 screen for gaming, multiple screen is good for multitasking. Also, widescreen will be extremely strange for any first person games. IMO i'd take resolution over, well, whatever advantage you think widescreen will give you. There is also the fact that i've never seen a game run on widescreen, pretty sure it's quite uncommon

All you need to know.

only need 1

Does overall enjoyment include any modding or video game programming?
-
you want a single widescreen monitor. note: monitor, not Television. Televisions have far less Pixel Density so they must be viewed farther away to prevent eye damage. whereas monitors atmost can be viewed from as little as ~3 feet away with a high quality monitor.

4 commentaires780 ti is a waste of money from what I've heard. I'd just go with the 780. The amount of difference between the two doesn't make up for the price difference.

2 commentairesWhy in the hell would anyone need three moniters?
-
4 commentairesI'd go for the triple monitors. Wouldn't want to game on a widescreen.
-
Buy three widescreens.
I tend towards the widecreen; but it depend on how you actually want to use the monitor. If you are primarily going to game then get the widescreen - if you are going to do a lot of different things at the same time (e.g. Browsing B.net and youtube at the same time) get the three screens. If you want to hear my decision - I would buy the widescreen because it suits my preferences more.
2 commentairesTriple monitors all the way! It's awesome for multi-tasking. I can play games and at the same time watch a youtube video and keep an eye out on the forums.

4 commentairesNot to long ago, I was in the same situation. I decided on a $1,599 55" 3D TV from Samsung. It had 240hz (Which means jack shit, I'll get to that later) But anyway, I like it. it may not be the "Best" for gaming. But I'd have a hard time stepping down to a 27" or lower at this point anymore. Here's what I learned from my purchase. For 3D gaming on this TV. These are my choices, 1080P/24fps or 720p/60fps Before I became more aware of 3D gaming, or 3D in general. I always thought you needed at least 120HZ so that it could be split in half and shove 60fps to each eye. That's only half true. So I was thinking... COOL, 240HZ that means 120FPS to each eye... right? No. Anyway, even on a game like Titanfall that "supposedly" lets you unlock the FPS to get up to 144 on monitor that can support it. This TV maxes out at 60FPS, no matter what. I guess it's a limitation with the amount of Data an HDMI cable can transfer. Now, what I learned was... Nvidia, makes their own monitors and 3D glasses supposedly built specifically to allow 3D gaming at 1080P/60fps. So you might want to check that out.

2 commentairesWhy not both?

1 commentaireI'd say get the wide screen, seems more convenient and badass

9 commentairesMultiple monitor master race. So much better for multitasking and organizing your windows, it's hard to function without it after all these years.

1 commentairedefinitely the widescreen

10 commentairesModifié par Tyger : 7/5/2014 1:25:54 AMI've used a triple monitor and couldn't stand it. The divide just ugly and felt awkward. I just messed around online and played battlefield 2. However it's handy for multitasking Never used a widescreen monitor

1 commentaireThree on top of three.
-
3 commentairesI'm never going double or triple, the divide is ugly

10 commentairesTriple, multi-tasking is so much easier with 3 monitors. you don't need a monitor for gaming beyond 1080p at this point.
