Lol that is just too funny, but I will gladly answer your questions. As for whether I would say that irl that depends entirely on the person, but most of the time I would. As much as I do various other "unimportant" things I view looking up something like this for a stranger as a waste of time. Even if it was a friend asking me to do this I would ask them why they really needed my help finding something like this. It isn't like they don't don't know where to look or only have a vague idea of what they are after. Instead the OP knows exactly what he is looking for and there are only 275 videos. That would only be about an hour or two of searching tops. The OP would have been better to ask "does anyone know what a video by vsauce with ____ in it is called?" As for my original post though that wasn't really meant to be taken seriously nor should the OP really care about my response. Considering he didn't reply I imagine he finds no issue with what I said.
