The Xbox One controller is my pick. Maybe it's just because I've had my 360 for so long, but I don't think the parallel stick placement looks as comfortable. I'm also not convinced that the triggers on the Dualshock 4 are angled as much as they need to be. And the buttons on the DS have always seemed far too flat and squishy to me, while the 360's are much more firm and responsive. Maybe it's different on the DS4, but I won't know until I get my hands on it. And I don't really consider the Wii U Gamepad in this debate as it is so very different in form and function. Not even comparable.
