Still can't link my gamertag
I still to this day can not link my xbox gamertag to this account. I had changed the email that it was linked to in 2011 and now it will not let me use the new one that is associated with the same account. I messaged support and recieved no replies on this issue as well. I didn't sign in for a month and tried again and still it says the microsoft account is in use.

6 commentairesYour Bungie.net account uses the e-mail of your Gamertag, in the event that is how you make your account. Changing your e-mail disconnects it because you're essentially saying 'I don't want my WLID associated with this e-mail anymore.' If you want it to relink, you need to change the e-mail back. If you would like a Bnet account with that gamertag and that new e-mail, I would advise you sign out and sign in using that new e-mail. That should prompt you to create a new Bungie.net account.

1 commentaireHave you tried creating a new account with your Xbox Account, then linking a "Dummy" account to it? Like a Gmail account, then unlinking your Xbox account and link it to the desired account you wish to use. Here are the steps. 1. Create new account with current Xbox account. 2. Link "Dummy" Gmail account with Xbox account. 3.Unlink your Xbox account. 4.Link your Xbox account to your desired account. Have you tried this? Or is your current Xbox account in use somehow?
