Unable to Create/Edit Clans (Ongoing Issue since April 2024 - Post Unresolved)
[b]I am making a third new post to follow up on an issue that has been affecting my account long before April 2025.
The Issue:
I am restricted from creating or editing a clan/group. I can still post in the forums, join clans, and participate in them, but I have no administrative access to create or edit them.
Timeline:
April 3, 2025: I reported the issue. You suggested it might be a DOB/Child account restriction.
April 3, 2025: I confirmed via the data privacy form email that my account is NOT classified as a child account.
April 4, 2025: A representative stated: "We'll do further investigation and look for an answer."
Present Day: I have received no update, and the restriction is still active.
Jan 18, 2026: made a post requesting for an update (Have not received one).
I am still unable to fully access clan features.

We're sorry to hear of this, as we can imagine the impact of such an issue. By any chance, do you still experience this issue when using the Companion app? If you do experience this across both the game itself and the app, then please consider using your platform's share feature to capture screenshots or a videoclip which illustrates what you describe. If you record visuals such as this, you can upload them to a site like Imgur or Youtube, and link us to them here. We'll then investigate this.
