Honestly you would be better off remastering and bringing qol updates to destiny 1 and putting it on pc with crossplay than doing what you are doing in june. The tiered gear ain’t it. The portal aint it. The current state of the game ain’t it. Take a look at the amount of people going back to d1. There is a reason.

1 commentaireThe tier system of weapons was always a joke and a smoke screen. It’s not special if I get them for doing jack -blam!- in game. The game is so easy now and getting red or blue shiny variants doesn’t matter. I just wanted strikes, and crucible maps for friggin years and they gave us things like hand cannon shotguns and a stupid--blam!- light saber. If I wanted to use a sword I’d go play a Witcher.

3 commentairesI don't believe D1 is the answer. But there is a simplicity in D1 that kept the game alive that has been lost in D2. The simplicity lent to more impactful and meaningful loot. The complexity of D2 means most loot and builds can work given the right applications and skill. And that has left the franchise stretched thin in terms of engagment as there is mass dissolution of the playerbase.

1 commentaireThe last few Destiny players (most of them) have Stockholm Syndrome/trauma bond. Bungie lies to you Bungie gas lights you Bungie has never taken accountability, it was Microsoft's fault, Activision, now Sony, and when they had no other company to blame, it was us, and our expectations (no more over-delivery) Bungie gives you less and less for more in return (money and loyalty) And yet 11 years after things only get worse, some still say "I believe they can change, they love me enough to stop abusing me". Ignoring the fact, they are incapable of love and only want to munipulate and use
