Hard cheats cannot give a player access to any of that info. Not to mention nowhere does Bungie even have this info stored on players. This is a failing of operational security on your part, not Bungie.
Also for anyone else looking at this, players using these brackets in their name or clan(『 』) are advertising they are a cheater. The reason being they represent the logo for software using for limiting your net.

This person not only uses cheats, but I've encountered him many times. We are both Chinese, but I'm not sure how he managed to leak my personal information. The official code of conduct clearly states that disclosing others' private information is not allowed. I have reported him multiple times for cheating in the game, but unfortunately, the authorities haven't taken any action. This time, I hope the officials see my post and directly ban his game account as well as his machine code!
