The game is currently catering to the “pro”. Wolds firs events. Speed runs. Tweaking builds and mods for beat score. Leveling that is tied to max difficulty content.
This game is not promoting sherpas for newbies. No training runs. Not promoting sharing of build details. Not promoting learning groups. Limited public spaces. Not allowing people time to learn and methods to improve outside of the pressure cooker.
This is the problem. Difficulty can be overcome without third party tools if support is both promoted and encouraged. This is a recent management decision so can be reversed. It is also why I was sickened reading it when announced.

Difficulty can be overcome with the willingness to learn, teamwork and observation. And maybe with a pinch of self-criticism. A virtue that most of you severely lack.

I don't understand the backwards thinking of seeing people do a difficult piece of content and not being inspired to do that piece of content. If people thought this way, the game would be filled with actual dedicated players and not people demanding that the game get easier because they have a wife and 5 kids and 3 jobs. I hate to use this word, but I think this game is filled with tourists who don't understand the genre of game they're playing.
