Here is the video of us attempting the mission again, condensed to just the final encounter: https://youtu.be/8WBxMFEUwzc?si=PNN-WrLOAO4bnVSC As you can see, completing the mission with plenty of time to spare did not award myself or Odin_1314 with the Wish Keeper Bow. This was our 5th attempt at this exotic quest with similar result. The chest will auto open, immediately ending the mission. If you look closely, you can see I do hold square to 'approach' but am cut off by the mission end. FrankyBoy98 did receive Wish ender, but he was playing on Xbox as Odin and I were on PlayStation. As you can see in my collections as well as recently acquired gear, I have not received the bow although I have finished the mission.
