Missing Final Shape + Annual pass content
So, I bought the Light & Darkness collection in the PS5 which in the ps store description says it comes with the final shape DLC + annual pass. The deal is that I simply can’t access any previous seasonal contents and I simply don’t have the Final Shape dungeon key available. For the heresy quest it says I need to acquire the Heresy season pass and the dungeon simply says that I don’t have the Final Shape dungeon key. I would like the support to help me because i tried to fill out a help form and it loops me between the Bungie Home Screen and the help page.

4 commentairesHey there, did you buy it on PSN and then cross-save with Steam? That would have tied the passes to PSN and then made them go dormant, sat with the inaccessible account, while Steam, without the passes, is the Active account. Which form are you trying to use?
