Hello My post is regarding the Chatterwhite shader which was given out during the bento box event during the last two weeks of Episode: Revenant. I had completed the five bento tokens which was required in order to complete the quest which dropped the shader. I had done so on Monday, February 3rd, the day before the current episode, Heresy, had launched. I had redeemed my five tokens for an Igneous Hammer (Adept) (1 token), Catapracht GL3 (Adept) (1 token), and a Cloudstrike (3 tokens), all of which were credited properly. The mission then required me to interact with the Drifter in the tower, and then the vending machine next to Ada-1. Upon interacting with the vending machine, the Chatterwhite shader and a dubious tincture appeared on the right side of the screen as an item drop would normally do so. However, upon inspecting the recent items tab, the shader catalogue, and the available shaders for armor and weapons, the Chatterwhite shader was not listed or available. As far as I understand, I have completed all the requirements in order to unlock the shader. Is there a way to have this shader credited to my account. I originally submitted this as a help ticket, however, I was instructed to make a post on the help forums instead. This is my first time using the help forums.
