I Think its fine for transcendance to give the DR and the CD reductions to allow it to play into the prismatic fantasy but why the 5% damage bonus? for general gameplay feel, it rarely makes a difference; and yet if you're not on prismatic for a raid boss you just opt out of a free 5%. I dont want to be forced to use prismatic (especially not on titan). There are so many builds that one can do and destiny build crafting is so fun as it is. Its demoralizing when I can find something cool but then "ah i lose 5% damage tho i should try and fit this build into prismatic"... thats lame and so suffocating. At this point just go destiny 3 and remove all these classes/subclasses.
