The mechanic's in the raids are the problem, how many of you join a raid team and get kick for inexperience of the mechanics of that raid, it has happened to me plenty of times, and really the mechanics are driving a wedge between players. I was in the crota raid normal I was right they should've kept it as the D1 version.

I used to raid in D1. I’d learn in normal mode and move on to hard mode when I got comfortable with it. I stopped soon after they added the ‘challenge’ modes as that was pretty much all people wanted to do, and I struggled with them. I think I’ve completed maybe three or four raids in total in D2. While it’s something that I’d like to do, I’m better off not bothering.

Bungie is great about making the game feel more like a job or a chore. It is their favorite idea.

1 commentaireThe mechanics in the raids are not the problem. Destiny raid mechanics are the simplest of any raids in gaming. In almost every encounter it boils down to standing on plates. In world of Warcraft, they have a boss fight like the divinity puzzle in destiny 2, where all 20 team mates have to be tethered, and if any two tethers cross all affected players die. Destiny raid mechanics are not the problem.

Mechanicless raids would just be root of nightmares 2 Nobody wants Ron 2

Please make it make sense sweetie. This also applies to anyone who thinks like you do.

Not really. I have raided with really good sherps. There are some great teachers out there. Even if you post asking for one I can pretty much say you will get atleast two that will join.

34 commentaires"Mechanics" are what happens to this game when people get angry about someone else being able to do thumbskill related things. The whole game is like that and sometimes it can go past the tipping point.

1 commentaireHave you tried joining a LFG that posted about teaching or learning ? the mechanics are what makes the raid great for the most part working as a team personally raids are by far the most fun I’ve had in this game if it wasn’t for them I probably would have packed it in long ago I totally understand that there are less than savoury people to get stuck with but there are some great ones who will teach and be respectful of the learning process I’m sorry you had some bad experiences with raiding but it really is an awesome experience to go in and finish a raid for the first time

1 commentaireLet me guess, you want a raid where all you do is shoot enemies with no shields, puzzles, mechanics, plates etc

Raids need mechanics otherwise it would just be kill ads progress to boss then kill boss. It would get very boring, very quickly. There are many ways to learn the very simple mechanics of the destiny raids, you have written articles, videos, teaching teams and blind testing. The raids are not the problem, people not being willing to put in 10 minutes to learn something are the problem. You shouldnt expect to get carried through everything.

Modifié par knomey : 5/1/2024 4:42:25 PMThen don’t do raids if you refuse to go learn or join a community who’ll teach or refuse to watch videos read articles or hell at the very least take a team of 5 other inexperienced guardians in and brute force to find out then stop raids are not for you and then you shouldn’t get said rewards at all there’s plenty of people out there videos and community’s that’ll help you Don’t let that one maybe 2 interactions with you join a post that obviously says only join if you already have the knowledge make your own and ask for help or again get other people who don’t know Raids are not the problem here at all

1 commentaireFigure out the mechanics so you won’t be a waste then

9 commentairesMechanics are part of the raid. They need to be learned by all raiders. If you have someone not willing to let you learn them, find another team. That player likely isn’t someone you want to play with.
