New Warlock Arc Super

Tempest Tornado Hurl a large tornado onto the battlefield that tracks and pulls enemies towards itself jolting those in close proximity. This super is supposed to be a cross between Deadfall and Silence And Squall from the Hunters. I wanted it to bear similarities to Gathering Storm and make it a more powerful shutdown super, but I ultimately couldn't find a way to balance it. Here's some of the other important information. For damage I used this spreadsheet and went to abilities as a reference https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1_5wtBjRYHHxuF4oJKDb_iOGZs-wTkzB6RYbnyNLbuz4/edit?usp=drivesdk: Style - One off. Lifetime - 10s Charge rate - 7:35 Overall damage - ~180,000 (Silence And Squall damage is comparable) Affected radius - (Comparable to Gathering Storm) (Edit) Yes this was inspired by the tower upgrade of the same name from Bloons Tower Defense. I will not apologize. New exotic to go with it: Calamity Warlock Arms Make it shine When allies use their abilities near the Tornado, they are absorbed to make the storm more powerful. When a super is absorbed, your ally gains back half their super energy and you gain class ability energy. The storm carries status effects and applies them to enemies. Yes this was inspired by the Make It Shine perk for Gaige in Borderlands 2. I will not apologize. And yes, I would gladly throw away my Super for this storm. The hellish nightmare you could create with so many combinations... It is breathtaking...
