Give it 5 AE so its not a dead weapon perk would you kindly, as you are nerfing flinch by 15% here soon.
While your at it Light Mag and Armor-Piercing rounds could also get the same treatment as its still Ricochet Rounds while every thing else is sub-optimal. Diversity and options are good for game health I hear.

The perk also has +5% to combatant shields does that mean guardian as well if no I don't see how +5 to AE would hurt it. It would make it a little more desirable on HC and sidearms and give it a PvE perk pertaining to shields and PvP perk with AE. You might be asking too much for Light Mag but Armour Piercing I don't see an issue with some AE there. Since they are nerfing flinch the things that cause flinch are going to be elevated to being more desirable. High Cal, explosive payload, which is still bugged but they added a work around.
